Privacy Policy: Any and all data or information provided to Duces I Tecum in our capacity as a consultant to provide either advice or service shall be confidentially held and shall not be disclosed willingly to any third party; with exception, in the event it is required in order for Duces I Tecum to receive a referral fee from vendors.
Complimentary or discounted services available to any firm that uses our referral code to purchase software from any vendor that results in Duces I Tecum being paid a fee by that same vendor.
Complimentary or discounted services available to any firm that refers another firm that purchases software from any vendor that results in Duces I Tecum being paid a fee by that same vendor or referred firm.
General Invoice and Pricing Policy: Most projects will require a 10% deposit to begin work. Smaller projects will require the remainder invoiced after project completion. Larger projects will be broken up into phases and will have require additional deposits to continue and a final invoice for the remainder after project completion.
Cancellation policy: Cancel at any time. Deposits are non-refundable.
